Our Story

Verdiales olive trees bloom at the same time as citrus trees, creating an extraordinary gourmet flavor. We offer an aromatic oil unlike any other.

Our high-altitude olive grove is nourished by the iodine-rich breeze from the sea. Close your eyes, and you'll find our olives being carefully harvested in the very garden you’ve been dreaming of.

Sample oils regularly undergo analytical testing, helping to ensure quality control in the exclusive Verdiales groves during specific times of the year.

Necessary care, cleaning, and fertilization are carried out. With the arrival of spring, the trees begin to bloom.

What matters most to us is that the oil remains hygienic and rich in nutritional value. When we detect variations in trees from the same grove during testing, we carefully separate them to ensure quality and consistency.
